Where the terms have not been complied with, your personal details and data including name, address, registration number and other contact information may be collected, processed, shared and retained in order to enforce the parking contract and for legitimate interests with the following;


• Third parties for appeals and enforcement


• The police or security organisation to prevent or detect crime

The DVLA in order to pursue a Parking Charge Notice (PCN)
